国際検察局文書のCopies of Judgments of the IMTFE, 1948（IPS-23）にも含まれているが、A部第2章：法、A部第3章：日本の負擔した義務及び權利及びパル判事判決書（一部）が欠落している。

旧蔵者: 朝日新聞社調査研究室

受入: この資料は、朝日新聞社（法廷記者団）が1947年頃から極東国際軍事裁判の取材の過程で収集し、その後、同社において詳細な検索目録も作成して、整理・編集したもの。1979年5月に同社から当館に寄贈された。また、法務省大臣官房司法法制調査部所蔵資料との対照カード（キャビネット13ケース）もあわせて寄贈を受けた。
